This is typicially where the legal beagle language goes but at The Nook we want to keep this light. Our terms of use are the following:

• This is a free service. It's our way of giving back to the nonprofit sector.
• Use this site at your own risk. Information from the Nook has been known to cause implementation of exciting new ideas for organizations. 
• If you are offended by something, we apologize. But remember, it's free.
• We are linking to other sites as a courtesy. It doesn't mean we endorse them or think they are better than one organization over another. We just think you might be interested. If not, don't visit that site again. We promise to provide new sites on a regular basis to replace the ones you don't like.
• We promise not to share your information with another organization. We might want to communicate with our members though so expect to receive some e-mails from The Nook team. If you tell us to stop, we will.
• If something is bothering you about The Nonprofit Nook, just let us know. We'll try to work it out. And if we can't,  we will provide you with a full refund for your free membership.
